CONTACT NO : 019-8601013 (Owner- Hajah Fatimah Husin)
OPERATING HOUR : 3PM - 11PM

The stall was located at old Pasar Malam Inanam but they moved to the new Pasar Malam Inanam base. The delicacy was originally from Jakarta, Indonesia and brought to Sabah. It is also considered as traditional food for buginese people. The main ingredients in this dish is the banana wrapped with green pancake and mix with milo, nestum, nuts, cendol, ice and many more compared with the serving at Jakarta, Indonesia.

The things that makes the stall was attractive because it was located in Pekan Inanam. This place was the only place that provide Pisang Hijau in Kota Kinabalu. Moreover, Pisang Hijau is highly distinctive form the normal ABC and cendol.

We recommended that they should provide more table and chair in their stall because at the peak of customers reach sometimes they need to wait for having a seat.

The first stall that exist in this location, is the Gerai Sudi Mampir. The male owner of this stall is an Indonesian, he has been living in Sabah for a years and started this business. In Indonesia, Kelapa Bakar is very a common food here. So they brought this recipe to Sabah because he is obviously not form Sabah and this is not an original recipe discovered by Sabah. Thus, it makes more stalls selling the same thing in that location to attract the customers to comes same goes with GERAI KELAPA BERSAMAMU & CATERING.

In this stall, they sell Lokan Panggang (Babeque clam), Puding Kelapa (Coconut puding), Kelapa Bakar (Roasted coconut). For lokan panggang they are served in 3 sizes calm wich is big (RM12 per serving), Medium (RM15 per serving), Small (RM10 per serving). The clams are grilled by placing them on a piee of zinc, which is placed over wood burning fire. The next served delicacy will be the coconut pudding. The coconut pudding is sweet and very rich with the taste of coconut milk. A coconut pudding may cost up to RM5 per serving and the last one of delicacy is roasted coconut and it cost up to RM4 per serving.

The recommendation is they need to concern more in cleanliness about their stalls and they should provide public toilet for the customers.
